Green River Delta:

The details between layers of color are deep below clear depths revealing the profiles of live edge and scale of the Chamise burl as well as giving depth to piece. I’ve tried to give spotlight to the figuring, striations and bird’s eye that mark the surface of the burl. Green River Delta is an experiment with using reflection behind the piece to manipulate light.
