I am inspired by:
Two Worlds: The world we live ON and the world we live IN.
Contemplating the development of these two worlds, their relationship to each other and the balance between the two is a lifelong theme. One that imparts an influence over my life on many levels, not the least of which is the inspiration and impact on my art. More and more I’m coming to feel the importance of learning to look at the world differently, to question given perspectives and look deeply into the priorities that support them. This is as present in my process of creating it as for the meaning imbedded in the final work.
I am inspired by:
Family
At the heart of it all…
The energy that drives me to be my best self, the desire to make the world a better place, lives in the love from and for my family, without whom I would not be the person I am today. I wouldn’t have the courage to take the road less traveled. They soften my edges and accept the direction of my grain.
I’m inspired by potential
…for optimism, idealism for change.
…for sharing ideas, for conversation and collaboration.
